After the appointment and survey of the apartment, a lease contract can be brought out very quickly. This rent contract is issued from the german standard rent contract according to the national rights of the lodger. Therefore, in the time of the tenancy, you are the possessor and occupier of the appartment with all protection of your rights for living there. (Not like a hotel, where you are just a guest.) The tenancy agreement should last at least 1 month and not more than 1 year, but in general there is an option to extend. As even the inventory is high valuable, we plead for insight, that we request for our own security a deposit, which is due only once before the handover, and will be returned on end of the contract. "Rent including all" as listed above means, that in any case no extra charges will occur. This monthly price includes electric energy, gas, water, telephone (except foreign/cell phone/service numbers), Internet flatrate, house management, concierge, radio licence fees, etc.

Key and apartment handover will take place according the contract and only when the deposit and the first monthly rental rate is being received on the bank account of the owner A. Ulrichs. Every furhter monthly rate payment has to be done to the begin (the first working week) of that month which is to be paid.
